Serving breakfast all day and lunch after 11 am, Tuesdays through Saturdays; Sundays, breakfast and brunch only.
The Sunday Brunch Menu changes weekly, offering a different Eggs Benedict, Mexican Breakfast Specialty, and Special
French Toast. Please note – Sundays are a great day to come in, as Eggs Benedict is only offered on Sundays
(plus, there’s free coffee outside if there’s a wait). The Mexican Specialties include Adan’s Spicy Chilaquiles,
Huevos Enfrijolados, Huaraches a la Madrugada, Huevos Motuleños, and more – it’s another great reason to come in
on Sundays! Weekly specials are also ever-changing, offering a different Breakfast Sandwich, Special French Toast,
as well as other egg specialties every week.
The Sassy Eggs are, hands-down, the house specialty, as well as the Nueva Mexicana Omelet, El Gordito’s Corn Cakes,
the Banana Spiked French Toast, the Damen Avenue Omelet, and the Blueberry Crunch Pancakes. The Nueva has wonderfully
fresh ingredients, and the spicy salsa verde and creamy goat cheese are a match made in heaven. The corn cakes are also
spectacular – they’re savory corn pancakes with whole corn kernels, red peppers, scallions, and a touch of chili paste
gives them a hot finish. The Banana Spiked French Toast, made with scrumptious, buttery brioche (a kind of French
bread made with an egg custard base, which gives is its classic rich, buttery notes) is satisfyingly sweet without being
saccharine, and the Blueberry Crunch pancakes are a delight, filled with juicy blueberries, crunchy house-made granola,
and candied pecans.
